Access to an intelligence platform: a record of institutional positioning, tools for reading and comparing it, and tools for building and testing a portfolio against it. Some accounts also hold access to a family of strategies delivered as code. What you hold is written on your account.
We do not hold your money. We have no access to any brokerage account of yours, we cannot place an order in one, and we cannot move anything out of one. We are not your broker, we are not your bank, and we execute nothing.
Everything here is evidence and tooling, and none of it is investment advice. It is not advice about your circumstances, your tax, or how much of your wealth belongs anywhere. A screen, a score, a reconstruction and a test are descriptions of what happened or simulations of what you specified, never recommendations to you. If you want advice, speak to somebody licensed to give it to you.
We take no payment here, show no price, and run no subscription. Access is granted by hand after an agreement made elsewhere, usually through a partner who owns the relationship with you. Anything you were told about price came from them and is between you and them.
You may read, export and use what you take out of the platform for your own work and your own decisions. You may not resell it, republish it as a product, or use it to operate a competing service. Your export is yours to carry into the room where the decision gets made.
If your account includes a strategy delivery, you may run that code in accounts belonging to you for as long as you are a client. You may not pass it on, publish it, sell it, or use it to run money for other people. It remains ours.
We do not promise you will make money, and nobody being honest with you will. A reconstruction of what a manager held is not a forecast. A test over past data is not a result. What anything earned before is not a promise about what it earns next, and you could get back less than you put in.
We work from public filings and we correct what we find. Filings themselves contain errors, positions are sometimes withheld under confidential treatment and appear later, and amendments restate history. We do our work carefully and we do not claim the record is perfect. Where we know it is incomplete, we say so on the screen rather than here.
StratQ data is provided as is. We take care over it and correct what we find, and we do not promise that it is complete, current, free of error, or fit for any particular use. That includes what we pass on from others, such as the halal screen: we copy it as we receive it and compute none of it ourselves.
Access to your account is personal to you. Do not share it. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it.
Either of us can end the arrangement by writing to the other, with thirty days between the notice and the end. Nothing of yours is held by us either way. Your access to the platform ends, and you stop running any code we gave you.
We are responsible for doing our work carefully and honestly. We are not responsible for what markets do, for what your broker does, or for a decision you made in your own account. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies to this page and to our agreement with you, and any dispute is decided by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
